About Me
I dove headfirst into the world of commercial real estate in May 2014 joining the CBRE Family on the investment team as a broker’s assistant and took it on myself to become a guru in all things commercial real estate & development related. I analyzed, pitched, marketed and underwrote more than $1.5 billion in investment properties and development land. Clients always come first for me and I take great joy in strategizing with sellers and purchasers on how to maximize the value of real estate in every unique scenario, including residential & commercial development land, income properties, orphaned-lots, greenfield & brownfield land, land assemblies, strata-windups, forward sales & portfolio sales. I strive to provide best-in-class service to clients through a keen attention to detail and dedicated energy on every mandate.
Leveraging the CBRE’s global platform, I have built a network of relationships nationally and internationally bringing new capital and perspectives to British Columbia. I travel to Hong Kong and Toronto multiple times per year building relationships with global investors and professionals. These built-up relationships have proven invaluable to me despite travel restrictions the COVID-19 pandemic allowing me to successfully execute on my client’s sale mandates.
